Type of treatment used for Low back pain

There are many OMT techniques which are used to treat the lower back pain are as follows.

Soft tissues technique – In this approach, the Do apply the pressure to the muscle area around the spine. It consists of deep pressure and rhythmic stretching.

Thrust Technique – In this technique, they use the high-velocity pressure to restore motion to joints and improve the asymmetry, restricted movement, tissue changes, and tenderness. This technique is called the cracking technique of manipulation.

Muscle Energy Technique – In this doctor advice the patient to apply pressure in their muscle from a precise position against the counterforce applied by a doctor.

Counterstrain Technique – This technique is good for removing an acute injury and in this, the patient is moved away from the position where the motion is restricted.
